3. Echocardiography
4. Repeat blood cultures
5. Infection specialist consultation
6. Intravenous (IV) antibiotic therapy
7. Duration of antibiotic therapy
8. IV to oral switch therapy (IVOST)
9. Outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT) referral
10. Medical discharge summary
